3️⃣ Role of the Platform: Our platform acts solely as an intermediary for forwarding the customer's subscription request to the provider and cannot be held responsible for the provider's acceptance, rejection, or execution of the contract.
4️⃣ Electronic Signature Acknowledgment: By signing via itsme or SMS, the customer confirms their request and authorizes the transfer of their data to the selected provider for validation.
5️⃣ GDPR / Data Protection: All personal data provided will be processed according to GDPR regulations and will only be shared with the chosen provider for the purpose of validating the contract.
